Exchanges for Sizing:

If you need to exchange an item due to sizing, we are happy to accommodate this request under the following conditions:

  1. Exchange Conditions: The product must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to deny exchanges if these conditions are not met.

  2. Exchange Timeline: Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to initiate an exchange. You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange.

Defective Products and Replacements:

If you receive a defective product, we are committed to making it right. Replacements for defective items will be provided under the following conditions:

  1. Notification and Return Requirements: To qualify for a replacement, you must contact us at 2savvybrand@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the item to report the defect.

  2. Return Procedure: Defective items must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery for inspection. Please ensure the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping of defective items. If the defect is verified, 2Savvy will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.

Limitation of Liability:

2Savvy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. By making a purchase, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that our responsibility is limited solely to exchanges for sizing or replacement of defective items under the terms stated above.

What if the item I want to exchange for sizing is out of stock?

If the size you need is out of stock, we’ll work with you to find an alternative solution, such as a different style or issuing store credit if available. If neither option is possible, we can offer a full refund. Please reach out to our team to discuss your options.

How long does it take to process exchanges, replacements, or refunds?

Once we receive your item and confirm its condition, exchanges, replacements, or refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your new item is on its way or the refund has been processed.

Do I need to pay for shipping on exchanges, replacements, or refunds?

For sizing exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your item has a verified defect, we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item. For refunds due to defective products, shipping costs may also be refunded, depending on the situation.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s placed?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we’re unable to make changes or cancel it. Please double-check your order details, including size and shipping information, before completing your purchase. If a cancellation is necessary due to an issue on our end, we’ll issue a full refund.
